Tomato Chutney Recipe Without Garlic And Onion

Material,
Oil: 5-6 tablespoons
Asafoetida: a pinch
Bengal gram dal: 1-2 tbsp
Urad dal: 1-2 tablespoon
Kashmiri chillies: 5-6
Tomatoes: 4-5 (chopped)
Oil for tempering: 2 teaspoons
Mustard seeds: 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves: 5-6

Method of preparation-
First of all take a pan and put it on the gas. Now add 3 spoons of oil in it. Now add a pinch of asafoetida, one to two spoons of gram dal, one to two spoons of urad dal and fry it. Now add 5 Kashmiri chillies and fry it. When it is fried, add 4 chopped tomatoes in it.

Add salt to taste and half a spoon of turmeric powder. Stir slowly. Tomatoes will become very soft in a few minutes. Now put it in a mixer blender jar and make a fine paste. Now heat oil in a small pan for tempering. Now add one spoon of mustard seeds in it.

Now add urad dal and some curry leaves in it. Let them crackle for 1 minute. Then temper the tomato paste with it. Delicious tomato chutney without garlic and onion is ready.
